My life-long mission has been to make a difference; I have a diverse skill-set built up in different sectors including hospitality and retail management, custodial services, and drug and alcohol support services within the criminal justice system.
Having been successful in developing sustainable enterprises within the charitable sector, and developing personally and professionally in order to meet premium brand leadership requirements through Leadership International I have been able to harness the discipline and commitment necessary to deliver premium services to premium customers.
I demonstrate a commitment to continuous development, working with the best, learning from the best and striving to be the best.
I live my life professionally and personally by the underpinning values of, pride, passion, integrity, respect and courage; all services are delivered with these values being upheld, unconditionally.
In January 2022, after five years of developing my skills and marketing myself as a brand in the security industry, working in a variety of locations and for varied client groups ranging from, but not limited to, asset protection, static guarding, corporate surveillance, high-end event security for A-List celebrities, Close Protection for sports personalities, and Diplomatic Protection for foreign heads of government, it felt like the right time to develop the brand further and build a business that can be recognised as 'values driven'.
In April 2024 I made the difficult decision to close down the company as a Limited entity, and focus on delivering services as a sole-trader. The brand identity and the values-driven approach will continue, and I look forward to representing the industry and being recognised as a valued asset, not a disposable resource.
